A notable advantage to adding heat pumps during the construction process is the ability to ‘rough-in’ lines so they seamlessly integrate into the build of the home.

Here at Impact we work alongside industry professionals. When we quote you a job, it includes the electrical connection in the price so you don’t have to chase down an electrician. We get you the best possible price and an experienced, fully-insured residential or commercial electrician.

What does that mean for you? No matter your income you qualify for rebates. We help you find the maximum rebates and take the rebate right off the top of your installation price.
IRS Tax Credit
Effective January 1, 2023;
Tax Section 25C, Non-business Energy Property Credit
Provides a tax credit to homeowners equal to 30% of installation costs for the highest efficiency tier products, a maximum of $2,000 for qualified heat pumps.

Low & Moderate Income
Efficiency Maine offers rebates up to $2,400 for income or home-value eligible residents. Curious if you qualify? We can walk you through the process, and, in most cases, submit rebates on your behalf so you don’t have to.
12 Year Parts & Labor Warranty
As a Fujitsu Elite Contractor, we at Impact are able to offer a 12 year parts warranty included in the price of your install.
And, for an additional fee, we are able to offer a 12 year labor warranty as well.
NEIF
National Energy Improvement Fund is the financing company that backs Efficiency Maine. So if you’ve financed with Efficiency Maine before, and have run out of rebates, going through NEIF directly is a great option. They have the best rates available for those with good to high credit scores.
Efficiency Maine
Efficiency Maine offers excellent financing with secured and unsecured loan options. If you are eligible for rebates through Efficiency Maine this option seems to work best for customers. Financing rates can be found on the Efficiency Maine website.
Local Banks
Sometimes you can’t wait on the funds to heat or cool your home. We get it. If you need to finance through the local bank or credit union we will work to provide all documentation required. We can even work with the bank to receive payment directly.
