Mark and his team just installed heat pumps at our house! He gave us a thorough estimate, went over our options and explained everything to us! He offers color match so no “eye sores” on the side of our house! With a new baby and dogs we can’t wait to have our house be comfortable for them not only on the hot summer days but those extra cold winter ones as well! They are clean and respectful of your home! I had an amazing experience and am more than happy to recommend and use Impact Heat Pumps again! They installed 3 heads for a ductless minisplit system from Fujitsu which has been working wonderfully. One is a multi unit and one single unit system. They had the electrician come by first and get all my electrics set up within about 2 hrs or so then they came another day to finish the install of the pumps which took about 8 hrs. I was also given a great run down of how the remotes work and best settings. They're also super responsive over email!
